Salmon Arm Silverbacks forward Brandon Mistal is playing his first full season after joining the organization half way through last season. In 10 games the 1992 born right winger has two goals and four points with two penalty minutes after one goal and three points along with four PIMS in 27 games last season. Before joining Salmon Arm the Kamloops resident had 12 goals and 25 points in 21 games with the Chase Chiefs in the Junior "B" Kootenay International Junior Hockey League. In his first season in Chase the 5'8" Mistal scored 18 goals along with 47 points and only six penalty minutes in 52 contests. Prior to Junior Brandon played for the Thompson Blazers in the Major Midget British Columbia League where he had ten goals and 19 points with four PIMs in 40 games.
