Salmon Arm Silverbacks' forward Brandon Mistal being bigger boned down low, the longevity of his line, becoming more selfish, staying composed against physical teams, and Twitter taking over Kamloops.









Salmon Arm Silverbacks' General Manager & Head Coach Tim Kehler's squad finally has a five game winning streak after four foiled four game streaks earlier this season. He discusses terrific penalty killing, a lethal combination on the powerplay, Devin Gannon's health, and Charlie Vasaturo's penalty leading to a two-game suspension.









Alberni Valley Bulldogs' General Manager & Head Coach Paul Esdale's squad started the season 10-4-1-1 but have since went 12-20-3-2. Improving slightly the Bulldogs are 5-5-1-1 in their last 12 contests and have played in an astonishing 37 one-goal games this season going 14-16-4-3. He discusses losing a lot of one-goal games, playing four lines all season, Casey Bailey's 25 goals, and adding some age to the backend.
