Noble said the Shipmen expect more physical contests.
“You know it’s going to be rough going into it. You know that you’re going to get hit,” he said. “It’s a battle. Who can bruise each other up the worst?”
So far this season Nanaimo has been better at bruising Cowichan, both literally and figuratively. The Clips have won all three meetings so far, by scores of 7-6, 5-3 and 5-4.
