Spruce Kings don’t have as many wins as Millionaires this season, but their ability to force games into overtime has made the difference in points.
Outstanding goaltending by Jeff Malcolm, who blocked 29 out of 32 shots on net, made the difference in the points spread, Bohmer said.
Malcolm was solid between the pipes and blocked 41 out of 44 shots on net.
