“I thought they went really well. We played 60 solid minutes from all four lines,” said Vees head coach Fred Harbinson. “I think mentally our team knew we didn’t play very well in their building the last time we were there. I think it was important in our mind-set for us to go into their building and put a good performance together and come out with the win.”
The Vees have five affiliate players on the road with them; Nick Chernoff (Castlegar); Bryon Maxwell (MML-Greater Vancouver Canadians); Dexter Hamilton (Beaver Valley); Logan Johnstone (Princeton) and Chad Trupp (Nelson).
