The veteran has battled minor injuries all season long but is producing a point a game (10 goals, 10 assists) in 2007/08.
“Brodie’s such a competitor, it’s hard to tell when he’s hurt and when he’s not hurt,” said the coach. “He plays with pain and he plays with nicks and bruises and that’s the kind of kid he is.”
Saturday’s game at Langley posed a unique challenge in that six Clippers wrote the SATs that morning before trying to refocus on a hockey game.
