In Vernon at the Wesbild Centre the Quesnel Millionaires (3-5-1) scored with two minutes left to tie the Vipers (5-4-1-2) 1-1. Kirby Halcrow made 47 saves while Tyler French made a great play to get the puck to the blueline on the game tying goal. Vernon went zero-for-six on the power play and it was the third time going to overtime in their last four games.

In Duncan at Island Savings Centre the Cowichan Valley Capitals (4-7) tallied four time in the first period to defeat the Prince George Spruce Kings (2-8-0-2) 7-4. Scoring three times on the power play and once shorthanded the Capitals opened up a 5-0 lead before the Sprucies outscored Cowichan 4-2 the rest of the way with two goals on the man advantage and one shortie. Jordan Grant and Mike Hammond led the way for the Capitals with two goals and two assists a piece to extend both players to eight game point streaks.
