Ten VaanHolt/Kehler/Esdale

Salmon Arm Silverbacks forward Jaryd Ten Vaanholt has had a solid start to his rookie season with three goals and ten points in 15 games. The 1991 born West Vancouver resident spent two seasons in the Kootenay International Junior "B" Hockey League with the Sicamous Eagles where last season he had 22 goals and 60 points in 47 games while the season before he potted 18 goals and 40 points in 50 games. The 6'1" 195 pounder played his midget hockey for the Northwest Giants in the B.C. Major Midget League where in 2007/2008 he had 13 goals and 30 points in 37 games.









Salmon Arm Silverbacks General Manager and Head Coach Tim Kehler discusses generating enough chances to win, a costly non-icing call, and the confidence of his team.









Alberni Valley Bulldogs General Manager & Head Coach Paul Esdale is in his first season in those roles after serving as an assistant coach last season. Esdale who replaced Nolan Graham disscusses an abundance of one goal games, taking over the reigns, and Sam Mitchell.
