Williams/Kehler/Gervais

Salmon Arm Silverbacks goaltender Kurt Williams has started three straight games for the team and is coming off a 32 save performance against the Alberni Valley Bulldogs. In his second season the 1991 born Rocky Mountain House, Alberta resident started back-to-back games for the team on Friday and Saturday night. Prior to joining the Silverbacks the 5'10" 160 pounder played for the prestigious Shattuck St. Mary's. He is also the son of Silverbacks owners Randy and Terry Williams.









Salmon Arm Silverbacks General Manager and Head Coach Tim Kehler discusses hating cats, controlling the game against Alberni Valley, Josh Manson's play as a defenceman, and Charlie Vasaturo's return to the lineup.









Victoria Grizzlies Co-General Manager & Head Coach Victor Gervais is in his second season at the helm after two years as an assistant. Last season the Grizz finished 34-18-2-6 for third place in the Coastal Conference. In the playoffs Victoria was upset by the #6 seed Nanaimo Clippers in a six game series.

Gervais was a Washington Capitals draft pick and played 15 seasons professionally including in the American Hockey League and overseas.
