In Langley at the Events Centre a four goal second period broke the game wide open as the Chiefs (8-1-0-2) defeated the Surrey Eagles (7-5) 7-1. Leading 2-0 the Chiefs tallied four more in the middle frame and once in the third before Wyatt Galley's shutout bid was spoiled with five minutes remaining. Galley ended up recording 36 saves while six Langley players ended the night with a multi-point game.
